Qgroup acquires part of Dynabyte AB

Qgroup acquires part of Dynabyte AB. With around 50 employees, Dynabyte AB delivers creative and innovative digital solutions in Stockholm, Sweden. In 2019, the company had a turnover of 68M SEK.

Dynabyte has been at the forefront of digital change for almost two decades and has a strong presence in the Stockholm tech market. There is a drive to evolve in their DNA, which is present when it comes to pushing the boundaries for new digital solutions for their customers and having a strong internal learning culture, which stimulates individual growth.

Jon Carvell, Qgroup’s CEO, expressed his excitement on this new addition to Qgroup’s company portfolio, saying, “We are really looking forward to working with Dynabyte AB and collaborating on growing our businesses together. With this acquisition, we strengthen our delivery capacity within development and project management solutions in Stockholm. We will be able to serve our current customers with bigger teams and also help Dynabyte grow their existing client base.”
