Organic sales growth amounted to 26.9% (2.4)
Operating profit amounted to SEK 52.4 million (15.1)

“Qgroup entered 2021 with self-confidence and is now reporting a record year straight through, which really focused on the importance of both delivering good profitability and at the same time investing for the future and in the technologies that are changing our industry.
In 2021, Qgroup increased its net sales by almost 27 percent to SEK 506 million (399) and significantly improved operating profit to just over SEK 50 million (15). There is obviously a great need for our consultants’ expertise in the market.
Under the theme “Shaping the new way of consulting,” our annual report describes the Qgroup Group’s strategy and the activities that made 2021 a record year. The report also shows how Qgroup’s basic philosophy – to start and develop successful companies around people and their skills – has led to a record number of new recruits and highly motivated consultants who think new and where the word “impossible” does not exist. In total, more than 181 employees joined Qgroup, which is a doubling in the number of recruits compared with the previous year.
Virtually all of our 30 subsidiaries and 5 associated companies were successful in 2021. We also started a new company in Poland and a joint venture in India. Today, the Group has operations in ten countries and twenty locations in Europe, the USA, and Asia. The ambition is to establish Qgroup in many more places around the world in the coming years.
All this contributes to Qgroup’s attractiveness as an employer and facilitates the recruitment of the best consultants to our companies.”

”Qgroup gick in i 2021 med gott självförtroende och rapporterar nu ett rekordår rakt igenom, som verkligen satte fokus på betydelsen av att både leverera en god lönsamhet och samtidigt investera för framtiden och i de teknologier som förändrar vår bransch. Qgroup ökade sin nettoomsättning med nästan 27 procent till 562 miljoner kronor (399) och förbättrade rörelseresultatet avsevärt till drygt 50 miljoner kronor (15). Det finns uppenbarligen ett stort behov av våra konsulters kompetens på marknaden.
Under temat ”Shaping the new way of consulting” beskriver vår årsredovisning Qgroup-koncernens strategi och de aktiviteter som gjorde att 2021 blev ett rekordår. Rapporten visar också på hur Qgroups grundfilosofi – att starta och utveckla framgångsrika bolag runt människor och deras kompetens – har lett till ett rekord i antal nya rekryter och högt motiverade konsulter som tänker nytt och där ordet ”omöjligt” inte existerar. Totalt anslöt över 181 medarbetare till Qgroup, vilket är en fördubbling i antal rekryterade jämfört med året innan.
I stort sett var alla våra 30 egna bolag samt 5 intressebolag framgångsrika 2021. Vi startade dessutom upp ett nytt bolag i Polen samt ett joint venture i Indien. I dag har koncernen verksamheter i tio länder och tjugo platser i Europa, USA och Asien. Ambitionen är att sätta ner Qgroup-flaggan på många fler platser runtom i världen de kommande åren.
Allt detta bidrar definitivt till Qgroups attraktivitet som arbetsgivare och underlättar rekryteringen av de bästa konsulterna till våra bolag.”
